Our mobile sauna brings the Circa loop into a more intimate setting. You’ll move through guided heat, cold, and rest in a structured minute session that includes guided sauna with aromatherapy, cold plunge with breathwork support, and time to rest, hydrate, and reset.

We’re committed to making Circa as inclusive and accessible as possible within the constraints of a mobile setup. Currently, step-in access may be required for sauna and plunge and surfaces may be uneven depending on location. Please note: sessions involve heat and cold exposure. If you have specific accessibility needs, we encourage you to reach out ahead of booking. We’ll always be transparent about what we can accommodate and work with you wherever possible.

Yes. The mobile sauna is designed to host up to 12 people at a time. Private bookings are ideal for gatherings, team sessions, or hosted experiences.

Keep it simple. A swimsuit, slip-on footwear, and a water bottle are recommended. We provide extra large towels for comfort and guide you through the full experience.

Not at all, most guests are new to contrast therapy. Our role is to guide you with clarity and care so nothing feels uncertain or overwhelming. It’s not as intense as it may sound, and you’re always in control of your experience with guides nearby.

That’s completely fine. The loop is designed as a system, but your participation is always optional. You can modify, skip, or ease into any part of the experience when you’re ready.

Yes, with guidance. Nordic contrast therapy is centuries old and very beneficial. Our team is trained to lead sessions with attention and care, offering cues and adjustments based on your comfort level. That said, contrast therapy may not be suitable for certain conditions, including cardiovascular concerns, pregnancy, or specific medical sensitivities. If you’re unsure, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before booking.
